Since 1978, our Lawyer Referral & Information Service (LRIS) has provided residents of all parts of Contra Costa County, including Concord, Pleasant Hill, Walnut Creek, Richmond, Antioch, and Pittsburg a simple process to connect them to lawyers to help resolve their legal issues.
